She can arrange an intimate dinner as well as an event for thousands of guests.

Before David joined our team, he worked as a catering chef for the Moto GP races throughout Europe. He gained his experience working for several years as a restaurant and banquet department chef at a five-star Marriot hotel in Saigon, Vietnam and in New York, too; at present, he cooperates closely with the chefs of Ambiente restaurants.

Karel is the youngest reinforcement to our team. He acquires new experience of the world and at the same time is also learning from top professionals. He has assisted in both smaller and larger events.
