A visionary with her head full of ideas. After many years of experience in the catering business, Milada founded her own company and organises along with her team events full of marvellous food and emotions. In the past she organised successful events across the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She knows how to prepare both an intimate dinner and an event for thousands of guests.

Before David joined our team, he was working as a catering chef for Moto GP Races in the whole of Europe. Apart from that, he collected professional experience as a chef in the restaurant and banquet department of a five-star Marriot hotel in Saigon, Vietnam, and in New York City.

Vítězslav has accumulated more than 15 years experience in organising catering events and belongs to real experts on organising medium and big ones. He supervises our projects and makes sure that each of them runs smoothly. He is also a mentor of younger colleagues. Moreover, he always has a great piece of advice on the choice of wines or beer tapping at events.

To get hold of 300 staff for an event? Not a problem for our HR manager Sylvia. She started working for us 3 years ago; first as a restaurant staff member, then as an event manager assistant, until she got the job she wanted the most. Her knowledge from her studies of psychology and health education strengthened her ability to listen to people and their needs.

Lukáš has been in our team from the very beginning – he worked his way up from a temporary worker to an assistant and later to an event manager. He studied informatics at a college, tried an IT job in a big company, but was missing action and excitement that catering brings. Now he uses his analytical thinking in his work for us.

Karolína feels at home in gastronomy since her teenage years – she used to have a summer job as a waitress in a wine bar. She went through several jobs in Ambiente, started with a part-time job as a receptionist and made her way up into our financial department. She loves good food and likes to laze around in her free time at home.

Radim is a precise, always professional member of our team. On his life-long journey through the world of gastronomy he has gone through all sorts of jobs, from a barman to a manager. He travelled through almost the whole world on a cruise ship and dropped his anchor at our destination. His focus is on organising and realization of big sales events in halls with capacity of up to 4000 people. He will happily prepare an event from A to Z for you in any location tailored to your needs.
