The guests at the conference of the company OMV, held in the Ecotechnical Museum, were welcomed with a morning coffee break. We served them with tramezzini stuffed with ham, cheese and vegetables. At noon we aimed to please them with baked salmon with farfalle and roast pork with potato puree. A sweet finale awaited all in the form of vanilla wreaths, mini cream horns and homemade apricot pie.
