Gala dinner for Moët Hennessy
What vintage of Dom Pérignon champagne is ideal to serve with lobster, with foie gras, or veal tenderloin? We presented a few harmonic combinations of luxurious tastes in the Baroque Refectory of the Dominican Monastery. We paired vintage champagne with meat dishes as well as with homemade sorbet and fruit caviar.
