The world premiere of the new Škoda Superb
At the world premiere of the new third generation Škoda Superb car we served the guests our 'flying food'. During the ceremony they were able to sample macaroons with nutmeg, juniper and beetroot, duck burgers, fillet mignon with bean truffle or green asparagus with edible clay. The menu was rounded off by a cherry sorbet with fruit caviar. The wine was served in the new design of glasses by Riedel.
