Why not? White Circus in Rudolfinum
On Monday the 7th of April 2014, we partook as caterers at an event given at the Rudolf building in Prague to celebrate the 9th birthday of the monthly appendix of the business newspaper Proč ne?
The menu was prepared in symbiosis with the photographic exhibition of the Czech Philharmony and the creative team of the magazine. Our guests were able to sample a purely Czech menu provided by the the kitchen of the head chef of the White Circus, David Rejhon, served on our degustation tables and accompanied by artists from the branches of singing and recitation.
