A visionary with her head full of ideas. After many years of experience in the catering business, Milada founded her own company and organises along with her team events full of marvellous food and emotions. In the past she organised successful events across the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She knows how to prepare both an intimate dinner and an event for thousands of guests.

Executive Chef

Honza came to Prague more than 10 years ago with a dream of becoming an executive chef. He started in the Ambiente kitchens, where he learned from the best. He then left to gain some experience in England and once he came back, he started working at White Circus right away. He has been here since 2014. Starting with preparing cold dishes, he gradually worked his way up to the position of Executive Chef. He now takes care of planning and putting on events and manages the entire kitchen.

Vítězslav Fečo

Catering Manager

Vítězslav has accumulated more than 15 years experience in organising catering events and belongs to real experts on organising medium and big ones. He supervises our projects and makes sure that each of them runs smoothly. He is also a mentor of younger colleagues. Moreover, he always has a great piece of advice on the choice of wines or beer tapping at events.

Monika Srbová

Accounting

Monika’s internship in the restaurant business during her university studies was a stroke of serendipity. In Ambiente, she managed to combine her education with her love of gastronomy. Starting out in the accounting department at Myšák pastry shop, she soon worked her way up to the role of accounting/operations manager, where besides processing invoices she is also in charge of ordering produce and ingredients and communicating with suppliers.
