Honza came to Prague more than 10 years ago with a dream of becoming an executive chef. He started in the Ambiente kitchens, where he learned from the best. He then left to gain some experience in England and once he came back, he started working at White Circus right away. He has been here since 2014. Starting with preparing cold dishes, he gradually worked his way up to the position of Executive Chef. He now takes care of planning and putting on events and manages the entire kitchen.
