Monika Srbová


Monika’s internship in the restaurant business during her university studies was a stroke of serendipity. In Ambiente, she managed to combine her education with her love of gastronomy. Starting out in the accounting department at Myšák pastry shop, she soon worked her way up to the role of accounting/operations manager, where besides processing invoices she is also in charge of ordering produce and ingredients and communicating with suppliers.
