Lunch for the occasion of the under 21s European Football Championship
We welcomed the guests with a glass of champagne and canapes in the gardens of Troja Castle. For lunch we served coconut soup with prawns or beef navel with edible stones and elderberry sauce. We prepared buckthorn, peach and strawberry sorbets for dessert.
